  6. Contract and project schedule.
  7. Mobilization pending permit approval.
  8. Construction and progress payments.
  9. a. Owner supplied appliances and fixtures.
  10. b. Owner fill out and submit appliance warranties with manufacturer.
  11. Final walk through, punch list and acceptance.
  12. a. Trueskil one year warranty on materials and workmanship. Warranty starts on day of acceptance.
  13. Final payment.
